Dr. Navin Taneja was born and raised in Northern India on November 27, 1965. He earned his bachelor's degree from Maulana Azad Medical College(MAMC) in 1988. He then received his master's M.D. degree in Dermatology and Venereology from Sheth K.M. School of Post Graduate Medicine and Research and N.H.L Medical College & was a Resident of the most prestigious V.S. Hospital, Ellis Bridge Ahmedabad, in 1991.
He has acquired advanced training in Botox and Fillers by Allergan USA, as well as fillers and facial aesthetics by Q–Med, Sweden. Dr. Navin Taneja is actively involved in research and clinical trials. He has been an active participant in several National and International Congresses in the field of dermatology, cosmetic, and aesthetic surgery since 1988. He has been practicing aesthetic dermatology and dermatosurgery for the past 32 years.
In line with his dedication to the field of dermatology, Dr.Navin Taneja established The National Skin Centre in New Delhi in October 1991.
He has the honor of directing the first MEDI-SPA in New Delhi. He is one of the few doctors who started MESO Therapy for body contouring, skin rejuvenation, nonsurgical facelifts, hair growth, and age management. Dr. Navin Taneja is an active member of prominent bodies, including the Cosmetology Society of India, the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists, and the Associations of Cutaneous Surgeons of India. He has served as an Honorary Consultant to Max Healthcare from 2002-2004, an Honorary Consultant to Deepak Memorial Hospital from 1991-1998, and an Honorary Consultant to G.M. Modi Hospital from 1993- 1999. Dr. Navin Taneja also served as director of the Cosmoderma Surgical Centre at Asian Roots Medi-Spa New Delhi from 2005 to 2007.
He was one of the delegates who represented India at the World Aids Congress in Singapore in 1995. He also participated in the EADV 15 Congress in Athens, Greece, in 2006, followed by the EDVA 17th Congress in Paris, France, in 2008. He was also actively involved in the Aesthetic training program by Q-Med in Bangkok in 2009.
